MENUS

All menus are suggestions only. Menus can be tailored to suit your own preferences or dietary requirements. We do endeavour to keep to the menu description but there may be occasions beyond our control when market prices fluctuate or products become unavailable, we do reserve the right to make certain changes to the menu description.

CONFIRMATION OF NUMBERS

A booking is subject to availability at the time of confirmation and will only become valid upon receipt of a completed and signed booking form, with a non-refundable deposit of 10%.

Prior to the event any changes in numbers must be made at least 7 days prior. This final number is the number that will be invoiced.

PRICES

All quoted prices are per person and inclusive of VAT.

Cancellation Policy: if your booking is cancelled for any reason the 10% deposit is non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled 2 to 4 weeks prior to the event you may become liable to extra charges being levied where we have ordered equipment or services from sub-contractors whose additional terms may also apply.

SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNT

Settlement of the invoice is payable 7 days prior to the event.

FURTHER INFORMATION

We are registered with the Environmental Health Department of Fife and we hold full liability insurance policies.

Where possible we source local, quality fresh produce from local suppliers and try to use Fair Trade and Scottish products.

We endeavour to use GM free produce and although we do not use nuts in all dishes some products we purchase may contain traces of nut.

Whilst every care is taken to remove bones from fish and certain meat dishes and all shell from egg dishes, on the rare occasion, these items may be present.

We can cater for vegan, celiac, wheat free, dairy free, lactose intolerance, fat free diets. To ensure your guests enjoys the event as a whole we require notification of special diets in advance.
